Karen Schremmer is a mixed-media and sculptural artist based in St. Petersburg, Florida. She creates bold, vibrant work that blends pop-culture influences with expressive color and texture. Her art focuses on joy, energy, and visual impact, inviting viewers to connect through emotion and curiosity.

She builds her pieces through layered techniques, combining painting, digital elements, collage, photography, resin, rhinestones, and sculptural details. Many of the handcrafted elements are made in resin or clay, adding unique touches and enhancing the dimensional, tactile feel of each piece.

Karen holds a BFA in Painting from the University of South Florida. She draws inspiration from Florida’s vibrant energy, contemporary culture, and the dynamic possibilities of mixed media.
