Dawn Fincham is a London based artist.

Dawn's art works at the intersection of past and present, She transforms vintage engravings, photography and digital elements into richly layered compositions that feel both nostalgic and strikingly contemporary. Sourced from old books, chance charity shop discoveries and extensive image archives, each piece begins as a collection of fragments before evolving into something entirely her own.

Printed onto canvas and reworked with acrylic, ink, glitter and mixed media, her process is intuitive and exploratory.Figures with an effortless, almost cinematic presence inhabit surreal, compact landscapes, inviting you to step into a world that feels familiar yet intriguingly altered.Narrative sits at the heart of Dawn's work. Dawn was awarded "Highly CommendedArtist" in the VAA (Visual ArtistAssociation) prestigious Artist of the Year Awards 2025. She has exhibited around the world, including London, Berlin, Miami and Brazil.
